Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original order ship date and all items must be in "as new" condition. "As new" means unwashed, unworn, and unmodified in any way.

Unless there was an error with your order on our part, we will require you to pay to ship your items back to us. Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied with your original packing slip with a brief note stating why the item is being returned or in the case of an exchange, which style and size you will need. (If you do not have the packing slip, please include a note with your order number and return/exchange information.)
We are only able to do even exchanges, meaning that the price of the item you received and the price of the item you are hoping to exchange for are equal.
Carriers- The two carriers we use to ship packaged orders are the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.
Shipping Cost- The cost of shipping your order varies depending on where you live, the weight and value of your order, and how fast you want it delivered.
In order to determine your shipping cost, place your desired items in your cart, click “checkout”, enter your email address, billing & shipping address, then click “continue to next step" and select your shipping method. A new total including shipping costs will automatically update on the screen for you.
Shipping Methods- Shipping methods and their availability vary depending on where in the world you live and what items you purchase. Most orders are shipped and processed within 1-2 business days, with priority given to expedited methods. Therefore, this processing time must be added to the transit times listed below.

Domestic Orders- Our domestic orders typically take up to 1 day for processing and should arrive to your door in (2-7) business days depending on selected shipping method. (Please refer to the Domestic Transit Times in the chart above)
International Orders- We ship from the United States (San Diego, California to be exact) to almost every country in the world. Our international orders typically take up to 1 day for processing and should arrive to your door in (4-15) business days depending on selected shipping method. (Please refer to the International Transit Times in the chart above)
Additionally, we realize international shipping can be quite expensive but we do our best to keep these charges as low as possible.
Customs Charges- Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. Customs charges are standard for many countries upon receiving international packages, and vary from country to country. There is no way for us to anticipate the exact amount these charges will be. Thus, we are not responsible for any customs charges related to your order.
Again, we have no way of accurately calculating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc and realize that these charges can be quite expensive. On some occasions, your order may be delayed due to the customs process. If your order takes more than two weeks to arrive from the moment you receive your shipment notification, check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package.
